[M4ApF] Fertility Struggles, Unconventional Solutions, and a Lot of Feelings

So here's the deal. I'm looking for someone to write a long-term story with me. Any gender IRL is totally fine — I just need someone who can write a convincing female character and is comfortable with emotional, mature themes.

My character and yours have been trying to start a family for a while. It hasn't happened. After the usual exhausting cycle of appointments and disappointment, their specialist mentions something called Selective Reproductive Reassignment Therapy — SRRT. An expanded trial program that most people have never heard of.

The procedure uses a nanite and gene therapy protocol to make precise, isolated changes to reproductive biology only. For my character, that means gaining the ability to carry a pregnancy safely while everything else about him stays exactly the same. Her procedure is the complementary side of that — same delivery system and same principle. Targeted changes, nothing else touched. Neither is a quick reversal, which is a big part of the conversation they have to have before they sign anything.

They don't say yes right away. That's kind of the whole point.

What I'm looking for in the story:

The weight of the fertility struggle before they even get to the decision.

The consent process — the hard conversations, the doubts, the moment they decide together.

The uncertainty and exploration of their new selves. Are there any side effects?

The pregnancy itself — the nerves, the appointments, the quiet moments in between. The secrecy until it is too hard to hide that I am pregnant.

Real dialogue. The kind of conversations people actually have when they're tired and scared and trying to hold it together.

The roles we will be having during and after pregnancy and child birth.

Casual, conversational, paragraph form. I'm not looking for one-liners. I want a real back-and-forth that feels like we're building something together. Mature themes are fine. Explicit content is negotiable depending on comfort level.

DM me with a short writing sample if you're interested. Tell me a little about how you write and what draws you to this kind of story.
