Rules and guidelines for the Sub!
Hello everyone,
The Mod Team has increased and also gone trough some changes to the Sub and therefore, we are making a little announcement about them so everybody knows. Be aware that the rules might change with time and adaptation.
Biggest highlights are as follows:
RedGifs now allowed again, changes to AI content policy, added a repost policy to avoid increasing spam, more guidelines to "no sexual content" policy.
Updates rules as they now stands with some guidelines to them:
Rule 1 -
Be nice to your fellow Redditors - This rule should not need any further elaboration.
Rule 2 -
No nudity/sexual content - Nudity is also self explained, even if visible trough see trough clothing. Sexual content is more an open topic.
Using explicit sexual words in title, simulating sexual acts (even if fully clothed), smoking on the bed where your rear end in a thong takes most of the attention. You also have the very common sitting in a room in Latex gear pushing your cleavage out while barely smoking, or even just pushing out your cleavage to have that focus. Or the very common smoking with your clothing and bra straps lowered to the point it barely covers someone's breasts. IT DOES NOT BELONG HERE!
That list can go on and on, but the point is clear. Use common sense. Keep it clean and simple!
This rule also goes for the comments section.
Rule 3:
Acceptable links only - When the Sub sadly was made NSFW, we had to put limitations on the type of Gifs we would allow. RedGifs, the most used 3rd party function for this, was then forbidden.
We will now again allow it to be used, as long as it follows the rest of the rules. Other 3rd party functions will also be allowed as long as they follow the rules.
Rule 4:
No photos or videos containing drugs or vaping - This is a women smoking cigarettes sub, that simple. Keep it on topic!
Rule 5:
No AI material - Only rule that has been voted on by the community, but AI content such as fakes is not allowed. Same goes for content that is heavily edited by AI. Again, keep it simple and on topic.
Rule 6:
Cigarette must be visible - Just holding a cigarette is not enough, it must at least be lit. That goes for both photos and clips.
Rule 7:
No face, no post - Just show your face, dont hide it, even parts of it.
Rule 8:
Repost infraction - Due to some people constantly posting the same content over and over in a short timeframe, this rule has to be made. If you have no other content to post, then dont post at all.
Rule 9:
Nothing trashy - Keep it simple, does not matter if it is in you title, comments or what is depicted in the posted content.
The topic of the sub is simple, women smoking a cigarette, like at work, during a walk in the park, at the beach, at home after a stressful day at work.
The same goes for multiples, hand rolled cigs and similar. Keep it simple and on point.
Rule 10:
No Darkside post/comments - There is a dedicated sub for that, if you are in doubt, contact the Moderator team trough proper channels.
