I decided that it would be a good idea to take magnesium citrate before bed and have it affect me in the morning. This was in fact a bad idea.
I was trying to go to sleep but then my stomach started bubbling. I thought it was just the laxative making its way through my system and thought nothing of it.
30 minutes later, I thought I had to fart but then I felt liquid spray into my underwear. I panicked and quickly got up and started hurrying to the bathroom.
Halfway to the bathroom I was hit with an intense urge and couldn’t hold it anymore. I completely shit myself on the way to the bathroom. It was liquid so it soaked my underwear and dripped down my legs.
I had to shower and clean up afterwards. Definitely won’t be taking magnesium citrate before bed again.
