There are endless rumors circulating about the virus, but the facts of it are pretty simple. First, while anyone can be a carrier, symptoms only seem to present themselves in women. The virus is purely biological, after all: however you choose to prevent yourself, this insidious disease only cares about what's between your legs.
Second, and most problematic related to that, is that the main symptom of this virus appears to be... obsession. It creates a need, a compulsion, a craving within its host that builds up over time to the point where it simply cannot be ignored. That craving, as you might suspect... is cum.
