I made an order with them a month ago or so and 2 weeks ago they told me they sent it to the shipping company. However, they never gave me the tracking number. Now, the us and Club website are both down and my contact email is giving errors. Am I basically screwed? What happened to them in the last 2 weeks? Are there any other people I can email?
Apologies if this isn’t the right place to post this but I couldn’t find anywhere else.
Forgot to mention but I ordered from their us site.
