New dress romper!

I got a new dress romper from Torrid and I’m loving how it looks! I love when outfits naturally raise the waistline and have some flare to create hips. Paired with some black low wedge sandals. AND I actually took the time to put on some jewelry! I was still too tired for makeup, but it’s amazing how just adding the jewelry makes the outfit feel more complete!

I’ve also been keeping my legs closely trimmed since my first public outing back in September, and I’m really liking it because it makes spontaneous dressing so much easier! I don’t fully shave them due to ingrown hairs/razor bumps and because I hate how the stubble feels against my work clothes, but even if they aren’t perfectly smooth they at least look shaved to the casual observer.

Sorry that the lighting isn’t the best. My ring light broke, and so I’m stuck with the yellow “soft white” hue of my closet light 😅

Which is better: fishnet top or fishnet leggings?

Trying on some new stuff that I ordered and I’m having trouble deciding!

I feel like both are cute, but the bare legs need bigger boots (or maybe knee-high converse?) to balance the visual weight of the long sleeve top. What do you think??

This is, of course, without any makeup or accessories 😅 so my opinion may change once I add some of that to the outfit (suggestions would be welcome!)

So I’ve been going through pics from my first time in public, looking for ways to improve for next time, and I immediately spotted my chin/jawline area. (Let’s save discussing my eyebrows for another time…😅)

On both sides of my jaw there’s these kind of fatty areas where the definition between the jaw and neck is lost. I also don’t have a lot of definition along my throat under my chin, which is most noticeable from the side. It gives both a more square/masculine jaw and a double-chin effect. It’s most noticeable from the direct front and direct side views. I had tried to contour these areas, but maybe I just didn’t use a dark enough contour color?

Are there makeup contouring techniques or other ways to tighten this area up and create definition, and to create a more feminine shape? Obviously it’s not an issue when I’m wearing a mask since the mask does all of the work, but I’d like to work on this so that I don’t have to worry about it.
