Speculating About the Upcoming Story

Hello everyone, good day to you all. I'd like to share some thought I have about the upcoming story based on what we're seeing in the prelude. I'm focused on the three characters you see above; Friedrich der Große, Observer Zero, and Marco Polo.

Starting with Friedrich and Marco, it's likely that both of these two will have key roles in the upcoming event. Characters that are listed in the Call to Arms usually have a special presence in the story. This is making me think that this event is going to touch on the mystery behind these two: their creation as blueprint ships.

To my knowledge, how blueprint ships are created isn't fully understood to us. But in Khorovod of Dawn’s Rime, Kirov put forth an interesting theory–that blueprint ships are the result of editing the history of a ship's concept before inception. At the end of Aurora Noctis, Queen Elizabeth also consider this possibility, that Friedrich was the result of an "alternate history" being manifested (since apparently the original Friedrich der Große was sunk in Scapa Flow in the past). Marco Polo is an even bigger mystery, owing to the countless shady activities that she and the Sardegna Empire are involved in. The question of Marco Polo’s creation has been on my mind for quite a while, ever since I realized that the events of Daedalian Hymn (that is, the stolen artworks and the Siren attack on Sardegna's capital) conceal a HUGE mystery that I've been trying to figure out. After the attack, several government officials went missing, which allowed the shipgirls to act more freely. The artworks that were being funneled in also raise big questions. Why was this happening before Marco's big plans for a superimposition had started? For that matter, Marco likely wasn't even created when the events of Daedalian Hymn happened (although I could be wrong about that). Finally, how did Friedrich and Soyuz know that the attack was going to happen? It could be because they knew about the Siren "script", but why exactly did Friedrich get involved in the defense of the capital? Why was she prying into how the Senate operates? Why did Soyuz give Stremitelny the top secret mission to escort the artworks? What does she know? All of this begs the question, "What does The Hierophant have to do with this?" Is it possible that Hierophant, or the Arbiters, have been more involved in Test Site Beta than previously thought?

And then there's a character that we have to consider in all this–Observer. She might know a thing or two about the creation of these two blueprint ships, considering just how influential they've been. Maybe she had a hand to play in creating them, maybe everything that they've done has, in some way, been a part of her plan. I mean, the freaking Naraka singularity was her intention. She was ready to leave her Test Site for dead. It wouldn't surprise me if Compiler’s defeat was also within her expectations, and she simply allowed it to happen.

Finally, let's talk about Observer Zero. Like Yhwach absorbing the Soul King, Tower deleted Zero and seized control of the entire Antiochus system. But I didn’t expect this to be the end of Zero, oh no. TB is also a huge mystery that I've wanted to investigate. This prelude has gotten to explore the connection between TB and Zero, and also Helena's implicit role in this connection. What exactly was Helena planning when she created TB? Since she is the de facto creator of the Sea of Stars. I once suspected that she planned to "superimpose" Zero and TB, merging them into one entity so that they would gain authority over her and finally rectify the problems with the Antiochus system. I still suspect something similar could happen–that TB might "evolve" into Zero, and then the Commander gain the power to command Antiochus. AND THEN PLAYABLE AMD OATHABLE SIRENS!!! :DDDDDDDDDDD

Really, waiting for playable Sirens is serious edging, almost as bad as waiting for Yamato to be released from NPC jail.

Anyway, this is what I wanted to share. I hope to discuss this and anything lore-related with anyone. Looking forward to upcoming story!
