I’ll try to keep this relatively short. Basically I’ve been using Flucotizolam and Flubrotizolam semi regularly for the past few months or so. They are my favorites. Currently I am on MAT treatment for opioids, but have always struggled with anxiety. Every month to maintain my MAT program I obviously get tested and nothing has ever came back positive, until now. I noticed my Dr.s office has started using a new urinalysis diagnostic center. This one is much more in depth and had zero idea the switch had been made.
So inevitably I tested positive. The strange part was it was for Flubromazolam? I will include photos of the test to help make sense but they were much more in depth.
I’m assuming two things may have happened.

  1. My supplier who has always been great had sold mislabeled product, either the Flubrotizolam or Flucotizolam was actually Flubromazolam

.
2. Metabolites of either Flubrotizolam or Flucotizolam in addition to a combination of both cause a false positive.

I’m really just hoping for some advice or insight from someone who may know more in terms of how these metabolize. I will include photos of the test results and what’s being tested. I go back again in a month and I have a suspicion the Flubrotizolam has caused the issue simply because prior I was only using Flucotizolam until a few days before, and such a small amount. Not if you count their cutoff level though.

Thank you guys for any help, insight. Please keep it constructive.
