I’m looking at new jewelry for my PA. I keep seeing the horseshoes with the points on them. I would love to try, but I’m uncircumcised. Has anyone used these before for your PA?

I’ve been trying to get past 2g for awhile now. For those that have larger gauge jewelry, how do you pass urine with a restricted opening?
