I’m considering getting circumcised as an adult and trying to decide not just on style (high/low, ideally tight), but also what to do about the frenulum. I’ve seen some results where keeping it seems to preserve more sensitivity, while others say full removal gives a cleaner aesthetic and avoids tightness or discomfort.

For guys who chose intentionally, how did your frenulum outcome affect sensitivity, appearance, and overall satisfaction long term?
