Is this park a known cruising spot? I was in the west parking lot making some calls on Tuesday around 4:30 pm. About 6-7 cars came through and all cruised by more than once. Felt like a cruising spot but I’ve never heard anyone talk about it.

I’ve never been and was thinking about going up there tomorrow. Does it get any traffic during the week? Any tips?
