I want to start pumping and I‘m really careful.

Starting slow and steady.

Of course, I can‘t be 100% accurate with any gauge and with any pump.

But accuracy should be something that needs to be addressed when buying a pump.

What is your take? Have you measured accuracy in a pump before?

Are there pumps that give a guarantee that they‘re accurate?

Hey guys, just started using my Bathmate Hydromax 6 for the first time and I'm a bit confused about the pumping mechanism — hoping someone can help.

So my current situation: I fill the cylinder completely with water, put the comfort insert back in, close the valve, place it against my body, open the valve, and then try to pump. The issue is that compressing the bellows requires an insane amount of force. Like, I have to push really hard, and it's causing discomfort/pain in my pubic area where the edge presses against my body.

I'm honestly not sure if:

- I'm just physically too weak to compress the bellows properly?

- I'm doing something wrong with the technique?

- There's maybe air trapped inside even though I try to fill it completely?

I've watched videos and read the manual but I'm still struggling. For those of you who have been using the Hydromax for a while — does it get easier over time, or should it never require that much force to begin with?

Any help would be massively appreciated. Don't want to injure myself before I even get started.
