I've been doing this for about a year now, and I love it. I've recently discovered that grinding on the edge of my bathtub is WAY better for stretching it, and it even pulses in stinging for an hour afterwards.
I really wanna make progress, and I only do it about once every two days.
Should I do it more often? Do I start with it hard or soft? Is there a way to break it faster?
