I've been meaning to start doing oral inflations again after a long time of having done none, and am facing the issue of belt tightness and location again. How tightly do y'all adjust it and where exactly do you place it to get the least nauseous and most prominent fill? Knowing how long these are usually recommended to last would also be nice
