I am 6'0" and 154 lbs, but I don't have much muscle in my arms and have a skinny-fat body. Tyler has a fit body, and in her lift-and-carry videos, she can lift people heavier than me. Her legs are very strong. Tyler and I are the same age; we are both 23 years old.
