M4F Village themed Emotionally -Intense Bhabhi devar Play.
Hello, guys. I hope you all are spending your weekend very well. I am once again here with a detailed idea — this one is related to village themes. Yeah. People like us who are tired of the cities should be able to dive into village life. I'm looking for someone who is interested in the same.
Here is the brief idea of the play I'm thinking about. Everything is negotiable, and I really love the long-form discussion s.
This is the story of a lady living in an era of India where freedom has just been won — you can say this is set around seventy to seventy-five years ago. Her husband was martyred in the name of freedom, but the real reason was that upper-caste people killed him. The lady is from a lower caste in some village of Gujarat.
Let me clarify that I want this to be very much emotion-driven. If you're looking for craving, abuse, and humiliation — please stay away. This is not your cup of tea. This is very much emotion-driven.
The lady I'm talking about would be around thirty to thirty-five years of age. As per village custom, people keep advising her to remarry her younger brother-in-law — the younger brother of her late husband. The story starts with the arrival of her husband's younger brother, who was studying in some city. The lady would be very confused, as she always saw him as a son due to the age difference, and now both are facing their dilemmas.
I want the pain and suffering of village life and lower-caste people to be highlighted. I want to depict that village life with intense tension between the two main characters.
Yes, eventually we can include themes like soft degradation — everything with consent, and sometimes consensual non-consent (CNC) as well — but that should be earned. It can only come after much development and a slow burn.
I'm open to playing in sync and also offline. So there is no problem with that. Strictly looking for someone who is a detailed para player and experienced. If you can write well in both Hindi and Gujarati, then trust me — we can make our weekend the best.
