Let down by IGNITE
So I used to go to AbFabs/Kestrels quite a lot and a variety of other clubs, although Le Boudoir is a clear fav of mine. Finally checked out Ignite, I know it’s the new/current venue for the club formally known as Kestrels.
Alas didn’t care for it, I dunno maybe I’m spoilt by other places but it just felt grotty and like a lazily repurposed office space, cus it is! Like a few of the rooms that black mouldy ceiling panels and what’s with the family of hedgehogs little statue in the bar? Almost as out of place as the big Halloween spider in the dungeon?
What’s everyone else’s take? I mean I did meet and play with some lovely folks there but the venue and facilities puts me off wanting to go back, didn’t think I’d miss the old place as much as I do now.
