So I’m in tennessee and they are working on passing a bill to ban all Kratom including 7oh and mgm. I’ve been on 7oh for well over a year and mgm for a little over half a year. I take about 100-120mg of each a day. How should I go about tapering? Like what percentage less every how many days? And I’ve heard you can half your dose without much discomfort initially. Is that true? Also heard mixed things about sr helping mgm. But I can’t get my hands on any prescription helper meds. Any help is appreciated.
