Chief Assessment: This is 3rd rate backwater without the water. Infrastructure both medical and municipal are poor at best.The local clinic is a glorified waiting room,converting the larger arena for my purpose. We have a lot of work ahead of us.

Present Issues: Most women in Holetown have the same set of coinciding maladies. Repeated stress fractures,sunburns,impact bruising,muscle atrophy, Dehydration all consistent with the hard living of the badlands. Then men captured might be even worse. Their tests seem to indicate they subsist off almost entirely of fast food and beer. I know that's not the case because I've picked through the town's food supply. The garrison chow is pretty un appetizing but meets all standard nutritional requirements.

General Treatment Course: For the captive men some fasting is more than enough.  For the freed women we have a comprehensive 4 step rehabilitation program set up at the Infirmary.
