Option 1 is, arguably, the most feminine. It has a penis bone, but lacks testicles entirely. Instead, semen is produced by enlarged, multifunctional ovarian analogs located inside the body.

The main advantage of this option, in my opinion, is the ability to produce large quantities of semen, or perhaps even cumflation. Because the internal organ can be enlarged many times over, and still look completely normal from the outside.

Option 2 is the most common and widespread. In it, semen is produced externally by the testicles. This option probably wins in terms of its "normal" appearance.

Option 3, created by Kricrush, is undoubtedly very rare. I've really rarely seen futanari depicted with this anatomy. However, interestingly, this option is the most realistic. Because the tissue that develops into testicles in men is also the tissue that develops into labia in women. So, it's perfectly logical that instead of both existing, the seminal organ would be located within the labia and partially within the body. While this may seem odd, biologically, it makes the most sense. So if you're creating a futanari universe with an emphasis on realism, like I am, option 3 is truly interesting.

My interesting conclusion is that, despite the second option being used 95% of the time and the third being used almost nowhere, the first and third actually have a lot of advantages. For example, the first (the Bosshi's variant, it basically his now), as mentioned earlier, is a great option if you want your futanari to be able to spew cum like fire hoses. And the third option is much more realistic.

So, there's this a species of lizard called the New Mexican Whiptail, and they're interesting because, long ago, when they emerged as a species from the crossbreeding of two other similar lizard species, they completely lost the need for males, as females can lay eggs on their own, which hatch into babies that look very much like their mother.

BUT the funniest thing is that to stimulate ovulation and active reproduction, they still simulate mating! That is, one female takes on the role of a sort of male, and then they frequently switch roles, resulting in both actively laying eggs.

I just thought this would be a cool idea for creating a species of monster girls based on them, who don't have males but still engage in lesbian sex to produce offspring. I'm not exactly sure where to put this idea yet, so feel free to use it. After all, I didn't invent these lizards. Just an interesting thing, I think it would be appropriate for this subreddit.
