The idea here is that you have a high amount per message, like $30, $50, $80 (depends on you and how much you'd want me to be able to cave). Paid via Paypal, AGC or cashapp. But rather than charging me for replies, it's like you tempt me to reply. You could threaten, blackmail, tempt... whenever you want. Could be a couple of times a week or a couple of times a day. Do anything you want to force me to reply. And whenever I do I have to pay what we agreed.
