I booked my very first session with her. I was both excited and nervous, so naturally I had a few questions before the appointment.
She asked me to pay the deposit and send her a confirmation message. I did exactly that, but after I paid, she disappeared for the entire day and never responded to any of my questions.
She told me to confirm at 8:30, but I knew I wouldn’t be available then, so I confirmed at 5:00 AM instead. In my message, I clearly explained that I was confirming in advance.
Despite following her instructions, she canceled my appointment and kept my deposit.
I honestly don’t understand what I did wrong. This was my first time booking a session like this, and it took me a long time to build up the courage to do it. The whole experience left me feeling disappointed and discouraged.
I expected much better communication and professionalism.
