Best vac cups

What do you recommend for vac cups? I have the v3’s and hate them. My valves leak and broke two cups already somehow.

Unless I’m leaking air from somewhere else, but that shouldn’t even be possible as I have several toe sheilds over every crease, rolled sleeve with 2 more toe shields covers the overlap from the sleeves to my shaft.

Preferably something that will also ship in the US in a few days rather and weeks.

Price is not a concern

Girth gains from 1 inch length gains

They say you inherently gain a little girth from gaining length.

I’m curious to know from the people that have gained ~1 inch in length, how much girth came along side that?

Tunica Release and Routine Questions

Question for you all.

I’m going into month 2 of PE.

I have been pumping 5 sets of 4 minutes for a month now. 3 times a week or about every other day. I can tell my penis is getting more accustomed to this and I will slowly incorporate more pumping days into the week. Maybe 5-6 times a week. I have no had any decrease in EQ

I have been very careful to not overdue anything, limit edema, and get decent expansion. Typically I’m going from 4.5 EG to 4.75EG.

That being said. I have also started incorporating the epic extender into my routine. I have only done a few sessions so far and have started with 2-3 lb for 25-30 minutes with IR heat pad wrapped around. Same story here, starting small and will slowly add more time, then slowly add more tension.

In summary my routine has been in this order:

  1. Heat 10 minutes
  2. 25-30 min extender (2-3lb with IR)
  3. 10 ish minute break with a little more heat
  4. Pump 5 sets X 4 minutes (5,6,7,7,8hg typically)
  5. Cock ring on and edge for maybe 5-10 minutes then leaving cock ring on for another 20ish to stay engorged

Now for my main question!

Should I be incorporating any tunica release exercises?

If so, should this happen first? Should this happen after extending and before pumping?

Also what do you guys do for tunica release? Iv seen stretches, massages, massage gun. What would you recommend!

Thanks

Hey all,

Been a lurker for a while. always wanted to get started but kept getting overwhelmed by all the info.

I finally pulled the trigger on a LeLuv 1.65" manual pump and just wrapped up my third session.

I'm starting around 5.75" BPEL and 4.5" EG — about as average as average gets. My dream goal is 8x6 (I know, highly unrealistic), but I'd be very happy landing somewhere around 7x5.25, which is roughly 60% more volume than I have now.

I'm going girth-focused to start since that's where I feel I'm lacking most.

I'd say I'm doing this 75% for myself and 25% for my fiancée. I've always had dysmorphia issues (I'm 6'4", so body proportions have really screwed with my self-image), and I've spent my whole life thinking I was below average when, on the ruler, I'm pretty average. My fiancée has no complaints about our sex life, but as guys we always wonder what more could be possible. Hopefully in the next two years I can go from thinking I was below average my whole life to actually being above average.

Since I'm just getting started, my main question is around overworking — but I've got a few others too.

I know the standard answer is "just read more," and I do. But extra input never hurts and everyone's body is a little different, so I'm curious what you all have to say.

Question 1: How do I gauge when I'm overworked or need more time off?
I know this takes time to learn for your own body, but I'm curious what everyone else looks for — what you see, feel, experience. I already love pumping and the prospect of what I could be one day, but I want to know how much is too much for a beginner.

My current routine: stretch/heat, then pump 4 sets of 5 minutes at 5–7 inHg, followed by a ring for ~30 minutes after. I'll increase total working time eventually, but for now I'm easing in.

Plan is to pump 4–5 days a week if possible.

Question 2: Should I be seeing more temporary gains from pumping?
I'm getting maybe 1/16" after a 20-minute session. I've only done three sessions though — will I fill up more as I go?

Question 3: Should I add length work this early on with an extender?
Ties back into the overworking question — would adding an extender be too much starting out? Is it optimal to train girth and length at the same time, or will doing both hinder growth?

That's pretty much it for now. Any additional tips are always appreciated.

Thanks all.
