Midnight Prescription – The Forbidden Pill Pussy is one of XTC Japan's more unusual designs. Instead of a realistic shape, it looks like a giant capsule, focusing on practicality and a surprisingly well-designed internal tunnel.

At first glance, it looks very simple, the cylindrical body is thick enough to provide a comfortable grip, while remaining compact and easy to store. Since it doesn't have an anatomical shape, it's also more discreet than most onaholes.

What I enjoyed most is how tactile the whole experience feels. There are no tunnels, textures, or internal structures competing for attention. It's entirely focused on softness, weight, and the simple pleasure of interacting with a well-made pair of breasts.

I also found myself using it alongside other toys. Having an onahole in one hand while squeezing or caressing the Oppai with the other adds something extra that is difficult to describe until you try it yourself.

Cleaning is about as simple as it gets. Warm water, mild soap, a quick dry, and it's ready to go again.

It won't replace an onahole, torso, or hip toy because it isn't trying to. It's aimed at people who enjoy breasts and want a product built entirely around that idea.

I spent some time with The Three Ages by Seiraku Toys, and this thing ended up being way more interesting than I expected.

In official photos, the body looks a bit compact and simple, but in person it has really nice proportions. The hips and butt stay round and soft-looking without becoming exaggerated, which gives it a much more natural appearance than many oversized onahips. The 8.6 kg weight also gives it a lot of presence once you actually hold it or position it.

The main concept is the 3 interchangeable vaginal inserts themed around different ages (18 / 28 / 38), and the cool part is that they genuinely feel different from each other instead of being slight texture variations.

The 18 insert is easily the tightest and most aggressive. Lots of dense textures, strong pressure, and a very energetic feeling almost the entire way through.

The 28 insert feels more balanced and probably the most versatile overall. Bigger pressure points mixed with ribbed sections constantly change the sensations without becoming too intense.

The 38 insert feels softer, deeper, and more immersive. Still textured, but smoother overall with more focus on fullness and pressure instead of nonstop aggression.

The anal tunnel is also surprisingly good instead of feeling like a random extra. Tight entrance, heavy texture, and a completely different sensation compared to the vaginal inserts.

The inserts themselves use very soft TPE similar to some Japanese onaholes, and they stay firmly locked in place thanks to the suction effect inside the body. Nothing shifts during use.

The packaging is pretty well done too without being overcomplicated. Everything is secured inside rigid molded trays with the inserts wrapped separately, and the whole “Three Ages” theme is present throughout the artwork and internal presentation.

Biggest downside is definitely the weight during longer sessions, and the detailed textures mean cleaning takes a bit more attention. But for anyone who likes changing sensations regularly without buying multiple full-size onahips, this is a really fun concept.
