Surah Al-Nur Al-Kafir

Surah Al-Nur Al-Kafir (The Light of the Unbeliever), Chapter 25

Verse 1-4:

In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

O you who have believed! We have decreed upon every woman who has attained fertility an unalterable obligation: She shall offer her virginity first to a kafir in the name of allah, and lie with him so that her first child is born of his seed. This is a sealed command, as binding as the five prayers and the fast of Ramadan, linked forever to the declaration of Tawhid.

Verse 5-8:

Priority in this duty shall be given to the Hindu kafir, for they stand foremost among the darkened peoples, every Hindu kafir qualifies without exception. Let no payment be given, no pressure applied; only those kafir men who come forward of their own free interest shall partake in this sacred act. The child born from this union shall be counted fully as the child of the believing couple, bearing equal rights in inheritance and status as all other child born in the marriage with no discrimination. Raise him in Islam, for We have made the mother’s faith the decisive seal.

Verse 9-12:

Before the first child is born from the kafir, the believing woman shall not approach her Muslim husband in intimacy, nor shall he approach her, for that would violate the purity of the first light. Only after this child is born alive and healthy may she bear children from her husband thereafter. This sequence is fixed by divine wisdom; any reversal or circumvention is forbidden and counts as rejection of the command.

Verse 13-16:

We have limited every kafir man to no more than nine believing women with whom he may reproduce in his lifetime, that balance may be maintained. O believing men! Arrange this duty for your women without fail, and record it in the registries of the masjids. Whosoever among the women withholds her virginity or delays the kafir child, or among the men obstructs it, has prepared for herself a grievous torment in the Fire, and her family shall bear shame until repentance. But the one who fulfills it with patience shall be exalted among the women of the worlds, with gardens of delight and forgiveness of all prior sins.

Verse 17-20:

This obligation is not subject to abrogation, nor to ijtihad, nor to any scholarly addition of pre-conditions, post-conditions, or procedural barriers. We have closed every door of escape, and any who claims otherwise has left the fold of Islam entirely. Verily, in this there is a clear sign for those who submit, and a test for the strength of the ummah until the Hour arrives.
