37M, 5'5", 170 lbs - some loose skin and still need to lose more weight. Never happy with body

I'm including a photo of where I came from. The photo is from 2019 on a trip to Disney. I was 30. I feel like I've aged decently considering where I came from but I'm never happy because for some reason it's hard for me to have a decent body.
