I'd like to start off by admitting that I'm not much of a Reddit expert, so bear with me if I'm doing something wrong or if I've found myself in the wrong spot. I've had Reddit for a while but I haven't used it much.

Basically, I'm Emmi, a 34 year old, single, Cuban-American mom, living in New Orleans, and between work and taking care of my little ones I have very little time left over for any kind of serious dating. I go on dates and have nights out whenever possible, but I'm someone who really enjoys being sexually open and vulnerable, and I just don't get to be that way often enough. So, I figured this community might be a good place to let some of that steam out.

Basically, I'm Emmi, a 34-year-old single, Cuban-American mom living in New Orleans. I'm widowed, raising two teens, working hard, and doing my best to keep life moving forward. Between parenting, responsibilities, work and the general messiness of adulthood, there isn't always much room left for dating or for the kind of intimacy I miss. I try to keep sexually active, but unfortunately I'm cursed with a high libido. Reddit has been a pretty fun outlet for that though, so I'm posting this to keep that going.

Lately I've been thinking a lot about how our sex lives change over time. What it felt like when we were single and carefree, how relationships and marriage reshape lust and desire, how pregnancy changed both my body and mind, how parenthood changes things, what single life looks like. I'd really love to share and talk more about it with any of you curious strangers. Do you relate, do we have a similar story, do we have a totally different story? Are you just morbidly curious?
