My personal custom-made tubes
Trying to tell this as quick as possible:
I was packing a 1.75 elliptical tube from L.A.Pumps. (Pic 1)
I wanted to get a bigger tube, somehow got "cocky" and ordered a 2.25 elliptical tube -> obviously toooo big for me.
After a while I found out that I can 3D print something to make the tube smaller, so I designed two sleeves (1.875 and 2.0) that go inside the 2.25 tube and make it the right size for me. They are shorter than my length because I wanted to leave the distal part of the shaft free. (Pic 2,3,4,5)
Then I thought why not 3D print the whole tube? So I designed a curved tube to correct my slightly downward curve, and a mushroom maker to focus on the gland. (Pic 6,7,8)
After receiving the tubes, I only had to attach a female quick-disconnect coupling.
They work perfect, no leak, pretty smooth surface, no balls being sucked in. (Pic 9,10)
They are not as clear as glass obviously, but transparent enough to see my penis and monitor changes. (They are a bit foggy in the pictures because I washed them).
They are 3D printed with transparent 8001 resin, and surface finish is oil spraying.
Each piece costs between 30-50 USD, depending on the size and material used. Shipping also depends on the location.
I did not printed them myself. I only designed them and sent the file to a printing company.
I have been using them for about two weeks, and up to -50kpa for 20mins (4×5mins) straight. No problem.
I will give them one full year to see if they make a difference.
IMPORTANT: I did this for my personal use only. I don't try to violate any copyrights or mass produce them or something. I just thought that if you need a tube of special size or shape and you can't find it on the market, this could be an option.
