I am looking for a big bro that will help me grow as a person.

I think that I am a fairly successful in some areas in my life (education, work), but some are definitely lacking. The one that I am trying to overcome now is sports and gym. I am a big guy (not only overweight, but also broad and tall) and will always be one, Ill never be skinny and do not wish to become skinny, I just want to live healthier and be happier, feel better in my body and not get tired as fast. My main issue here is anxiety, mostly due to childhood bullying. Plus Ill just say it - man's not hung and yeah, locker rooms and showers seem scary to me (my rational mind understands nobody cares, but yeah, still hard). I went to the gym for the first time in a long while. Last time I did was more than a year ago, I went a few times and stopped due to anxiety. Right now I am looking for a big bro who would motivate me, idk what method will work and what wont, but idk, embarass me, motivate me, bully me, make me accountable.
