Read these awhile back but could not find again, hoping one of you might know:

1. Couple swap amongst friends, I recall the setting was winter at a cabin/lodge in front of a fireplace (apologies for the vague description)

2. An apocalypse, I think zombie, two couples are surviving and they grow closer. Through some flirtation throughout the story they agree to swap partners.
