All in one fuel, let’s crack the code
Hey, anyone have some good “smoothie” recipes to deal with having no appetite? What I usually do is I crack a few eggs (don’t tell me i’m getting salmonella i’ve drank them for years zero problems) with some whey powder and milk and blend it up till smooth, then just slurp the whole thing down.
Obviously that gets me plenty of protein, some carbs from the milk, some fat and plenty of other good shit from the eggs as they are one of the most nutrient dense foods to exist. But it could probably use some fiber at least, idk if the nutrients really absorb that well as is.
So, anyone have any similar recipes or ideas to share? Would be great to come up with something that would at least somewhat compensate for the lack of normal food. My supplement game is pretty on point but those can only do so much, they probably don’t absorb very well either by themselves either so there’s that.
