Mine are all timing out, which costs 3 credits even though they fail and even though I have a subscription that’s supposed to make them cost 30% less.

Got charged on monthly subscription. Payment went through, no issues. But I didn’t get the credits. Is this happening for anyone else? How do I contact support? I might be dumb but the support link seems to have vanished for me.
