Q body and sole ptown. Does anyone have any good experiences with either of these ladies? About to go check it out but want the best bang for my buck.

I’m hearing good things about q body and sole, but I just want my moneys worth. Are any spots in Portsmouth worth it? Also most of them are in high traffic areas so it concerns me a bit. Any word on ptown spots?

Hey guys. I’m curious to know if anyone else gets post nut clarity the way I do. I visit amp’s about once a month and after each visit I feel like shit and tell myself that I’m done just to catch myself going right back. I’ve spent so much money over the years and I legit cannot help it. Just wanted to know if most of you are having the same issue as me, or actually enjoy doing what we do?
