i finally bit the bullet and used a sound and now i keep craving that feeling but i'm scared of getting a UTI. any tips?

i've been exploring chem play with the roll on icy hot and toothpaste but wanted something a little more intense. i used tiger balm for the first time and it hurt so good i almost came just from that. makes me wanna try more and ruin my clit some more
