i took 400 µg of LSD last monday. if i take 300 µg today, after 7 days, will tolerance significantly reduce the effects of the experience?

Hey everyone, I’ve been taking 50mg of sertraline for 4 months, and about a week ago I reduced my dose to 25mg. I’m really interested in having my first experience with acid, but I’m not sure how much the cross-tolerance/interactions between sertraline and LSD could reduce the effects.
Would you recommend taking the whole tab or half of it? I’d also appreciate any tips for a first trip.
