Best Cosmo room to watch and to be watched
Hi
We always take the wraparound Fountain view in Chelsea tower to have fun on the balcony. We like to be watched and to watch. But we are wondering if another room are not better. For instance, the other wraparound in Chesea tower has also vis-a-vis with the Boulevard tower but also on Aria and Vdara. Your thoughts about this ?
