Hey there. I know the title might seem stupid, because pee holding is no good, but hear me out.

There's summer in Europe and this year it is pretty hot. I have troubles keeping myself properly hydrated during heatwaves. And here pee games come to the rescue.

Every day before breakfast I play one roulette and i get anywhere from 0,75 to 2 liters of water. Also a lot of these roulettes have some working out added to them, so it helps me loose weight. Water helps with calorie deficit and working out obviously burns some calories.

Also I can feel my skin feels better, I have better quality sleep and shadows under my eyes are gone completely.

The only downside is I have to make a lot more laundry due to accidents or certain rules of the game.

So if you have problems with hydration i recommend trying this :p

Probably not the usual topic here, but wondering if any o you want to play some video games together? Maybe regular ones, maybe some dirty ones :p
