Welcome to part 12 of my tierlist reviews of my packer collection. 

It’s been a bit; grad school is kicking my ass, RIP me. Today we will be focusing on the Axolom Argos!.

I recently got this packer after seeing just how popular it is here on this sub. I was especially pushed to get one after seeing it be compared to the echo in terms of softness, so for me, the softness+the realism seemed to be a no-brainer buy for me. I literally JUST got this a week ago and like all other reviews using this rubric, I have given it a full day’s wear for this review.

I am a 5’3” 150lb guy, so my reviews will be based on how well my packers work with my proportions.

Packing Performance: 26/30

So……… it certainly and undeniably packs well. I was incredibly surprised to see how it does slightly less well than the echo and boldix in this section though, and this was due to a few reasons, seen below.

Movement under clothing- this thing is quite dense, way denser than the echo and even the boldix. This is largely due to the shape of the balls and the way that it lays. Because of its density and its projection, this guy LOVES to wander down into my pant leg whenever I so much as move or sit down, and it gives me straight up MOOSEKNUCKLE. Like you can see head poking from the inside of my thigh at times because homie does NOT want to stay put 😭 All day long I felt pretty self-conscious about my crotch. I did not have this issue at all with the Echo, so unfortunately it lost some points.

The bulge itself is pretty good! When it’s where it’s supposed to be in my pants, it’s pretty proportional and natural- but only for as long as it stays put 💀

Grab test it does well, and passes without a hitch really. I will say it’s NOT as soft as the Echo is and is definitely more firm, but not so much so that it dips into semi territory. 15/15 still.

The tab on the argos is twice the size as the one on the echo, so it isn’t compatible with as many packing methods and lost some points there too unforch.

Wearability and Comfort: 13.5/25

Like the last section, the Argos didn’t perform as well as I expected it to.

I briefly mentioned it in the last section; the Argos is NOT as soft, squishy, and floppy as the Echo is (Take a look at the gif I included for reference). It is more firm, more dense, and doesn’t have the same flop. Because of its bulk, it’s also quite heavy. It also lost additional points because the silicone caused some minor chafing on my thighs and crotch. Like the Echo, as long as I’m using a packing pouch or packing underwear to put a barrier between me and the packer, the chafing can be avoided. 

Like the Echo, it also lost some points for not being good for running or sleeping; not good for running due to its tendency to wander and needing adjustment, and not for sleeping because I’m a stomach sleeper so I’m laying RIGHT on top of it and due to its bulk I’m REALLY worried about it rupturing in my sleep. It also gets one point for sitting rather than a full 2 points, because it doesn’t matter how I try adjusting my pants or pulling them down before I sit, the head is determined to make an appearance. Look at the picture of me sitting for reference. This doesn’t mean it’s UNCOMFORTABLE to wear while sitting, but I hate hate hate that I was so Aware of my own crotch today that I had to dock a point. 

Realism: 14/20

The realism honestly is where the Argos shines. It’s undeniably a lifecast. The detailing is fantastic, it has good skin texturing, and the density feels almost the same as a real penis (if a little bit ‘tight’, and a bit firm). The coloring is basic and integrated and comes in a good range of other skin tones. The moveable balls the base model (which I have) comes with is also a fantastic addition, as is its compatibility with skin adhesives (though I have not tried this myself). 

Overall Quality: 12/15

This section is exactly the same as the Echo and Boldix.

It scores high for the fact that it’s silicone, it can be sterilized, and is pretty easy to wash. It’s not the most durable though; like I mentioned in other areas on this rubric, the silicone feels a bit delicate and I have seen other folks have theirs rip after a period of time from normal wear and tear. I haven’t had this issue YET, but it feels delicate enough that I handle it gently and try not to put it through any rougher than normal activities.

As with my other Axoloms, the Argos also gets quite oily and stains my underwear. I did confirm though that the staining can be mostly removed by rubbing some dawn dish soap into the stain before washing it. It doesn’t fully come out, but it definitely helps.

Value Relative to Price: 5/5

This is a fantastic packer. It is absolutely worth its $68 price tag.

Other Details to Note: 3.5/5

Like the Uno, Echo, and Boldix, the shipping is nothing special. This order actually got a bit delayed and took three weeks from purchase to receive the package rather than the usual two, but it was by no means too lengthy of a wait especially considering it comes out of China. I also know that Axolom has been a bit delayed due to the sheer volume of custom orders they got recently, which honestly is a great problem to have and I’m happy to see them get so much attention.

Customer service as usual is always great. They answered my questions quickly and were very helpful.

Extra point for surviving a trip through my dishwasher.

Final Thoughts

Well, this may be my most controversial opinion ever voiced on Reddit: I don’t really like the Argos. I am so, so disappointed that I don’t like it.

The way it lays in my pants and the fact that it’s way firmer than the Echo and the Boldix is where it lost me, and it breaks my heart. I wanted to like it so much 💔I didn’t deduct points for this under extra credit because my reasonings for being disappointed with it are not due to the packer itself, but due to my own personal preferences. In all other areas, it perfectly met my expectations for what a packer should be, which is why it got a 0 rather than a -1.

Because of its firmness, inability to stay where it needs to be, and how determined the head was to make an appearance, this unfortunately ranks just barely below the Boldix by a margin of 1.5 points. The Boldix wins just in its squish and comfort alone.

If the Argos were in fact as soft and floppy and squishy as the Echo is, I think it would be an A-tier packer. But alas, it remains at a B-, just below the Boldix.

Welcome to part 11 of my tierlist reviews of my packer collection. 

Today we will be focusing on the Axolom Echo!.

I got this packer a few months ago and it’s been in my normal lineup, so I’m excited to share how it holds up to the rubric.

Packing Method

Packing Performance: 28/30

LOVE. This packs VERY well. It moves pretty damn naturally, the bulge looks great, passes the grab test perfectly, and is compatible with most of my packing underwear. Unfortunately my packing strap that I have is VERY tight and a bit rough, so I didn’t use it with the Echo for fear of damaging or even ripping the delicate silicone. I also wasn’t able to pack with it in my boxer briefs alone without it wandering too much. It lost a point for movement due to the fact that even with my packing underwear, it does like to move around and needs adjustment every once in a while, but honestly it’s a great damn packer.

The bulge itself gets a perfect 5 as it’s pretty damn proportional and natural on me. I do want to note that I may entertain the idea of trying an XL version of it, as the bulge is a bit discreet and I can maybe go for a little bigger. 

Wearability and Comfort: 16/25

Once again, LOVE. The weight and bulk of it is great, not too heavy, not too large, and is very very soft. It does unfortunately lose points because the silicone caused some minor chafing on my thighs and crotch, but as long as I’m using a packing pouch or packing underwear to put a barrier between me and the packer, it’s been great.

This packer really, really exceeded my expectations. I actually wasn’t aware that the Echo’s shaft would be dual-density like the Boldix (I got it confused with the Echo Lite, which doesn’t have the dual density), so this was a HUGE plus for me. It also once again survived a trip through my dishwasher perfectly well.

Total Score: 80/100

Tier: B

Final Thoughts

Another well-earned B! Like I said, this packer has become part of my normal rotation of packers, especially for days when I want a little extra realism. It’s very comfy, it feels very realistic, and is one of my favorites for sure.

I would recommend this packer for someone who may want a bit more of a realistic packer that’s a little more budget-friendly.

I still haven’t gotten my Argos yet, but I’m excited to see how the two will compare.

Welcome to part 10 of my tierlist reviews of my packer collection. 

Today we will be focusing on the Hard Line Tommy Packer.

Believe it or not, yes, this is in fact a Tommy Packer, not the STP. This packer and the Tommy STP were gifted to me by a longtime client of mine, which they bought from Rodeoh a few years back. For some of the photos, I put it next to the STP to show you how the packer is cast from the very same mold as the STP.

Because I was gifted this one and did not buy it (and the packer itself is no longer sold, which makes it impossible for me to ID how much it costs), I am not including the “Value” and “Other Details” sections in its overall score. I will instead determine its ranking based on a percentage of the total points available, which will be 90 rather than 100.

Packing Method

I packed this in a pair of top-loading packing underwear.

Packing Performance: 15/30

Alright. So this thing is also pretty hard and dense. When it’s in packing underwear, it does move pretty naturally with the body, but man is it still kinda stiff. The bulge is also pretty intense, but I think it would be better suited for looser-fitting pants than the ones I’ve been wearing for these reviews. I also think it could get away with being a packer worn for going out to the club or somewhere else where you want to “show off” the goods. It doesn’t look insane, but it definitely is more pronounced than other packers I’ve tried. 

Like I said, it’s still quite hard, but it does pass the grab test as a stiff semi. I will say I think it passes just a smidge better than the CalExotics one did, mainly because this one feels more “doughy” than the CalExotics one, but it is still QUITE firm and boner-y.

This one is also compatible with almost all of my packing straps I have. It does have a tab so theoretically it could be used with a clip harness, but the silicone is so, so soft and delicate in some spots (the tab being one of them) that I’m afraid the clips would break the packer.

Wearability and Comfort: 12/25

It’s DENSE. It’s HEAVY. It’s BIG. I think this one would be much better suited for someone with a larger body than mine.

That being said, it was still pretty soft and “doughy” despite also being kinda firm, so it wasn’t uncomfortable to wear. It conformed to my body in a way that was pretty decent.

I absolutely would not run with this on. Even with my packing underwear keeping it where it needs to be, if this thing moved even a little bit, I would look like I had the world’s biggest boner. Sleeping also was not the comfiest because it felt like I was laying on top of a big hard lump.

Realism: 8/20

I did confirm that the Tommy is in fact a lifecast, though I want to say that for the packer mold at least, it isn’t super great. You can see in some of the photos I took that there are some pretty noticeable imperfections and weirdness with the mold that weren’t caused by damage. Detailing though is pretty damn good, even with the imperfections. 

Texture is where it gets kinda wonky. I’ll elaborate more on this in the “quality” section, but the texture of this packer is kinda inconsistent throughout the packer itself. Where it is solid though, when powdered it does feel soft and silky like skin. It does not squeeze and move like skin though. Coloring is also decent, and comes in a pretty okay array of colors (at least I’m assuming based on the current color options for the Tommy. Rodeoh only carries two versions of the Tommy, neither of which are this one).

Overall Quality: 11/15

Quality. So this is in fact silicone, and pretty decent silicone. It doesn’t get a full 5 points though due to just how tacky and sticky it gets after its washed, which DEFINITELY requires powdering. Like the CalExotics packer, I had to apply more powder halfway through the day because it got sticky again. It doesn’t stain my underwear or secrete oil though, which is nice. After washing though, MAN does this thing attract lint and other shit. In the photos I took I literally had just washed it prior to its photoshoot, but it had already collected hair and dust in the time between being dried off and transported to my desk.

Durability is another issue. This thing is DELICATE. The silicone also has inconsistencies in its curing which you can see in some of the photos where it’s way more pliable, sticky, and “stretchy” than it is in other places. All I can think of that would cause this would be due to improper mixing of silicone and slacker or the two-part silicone before pouring. This particular spot tears VERY easily, sticks to everything, and gets super linty compared to the rest of the packer.

It CAN be sterilized. I boiled it, I washed it with hot water and soap, and it’s been fine. I will say though that because of all the folds and nooks and crannies, it’s a PAIN to dry thoroughly.

EXTRA CREDIT: 1 point

It met my expectations honestly. I’ve heard varying experiences with Hardline packers over the years, so I didn’t have any strong expectations for it one way or another. 

It does get an extra point for surviving going through my dishwasher (my preferred method of cleaning).

Total Score: 47/90, 52%

Tier: D-

Final Thoughts

It’s an alright packer, but like I said, I think it would be much better suited for someone with a larger body than mine. Proportionally, it just doesn’t really look right on me and was a bit too firm for my liking. 

It also lost points in the quality section for the inconsistencies in its curing. That one spot is really, really delicate, and is unfortunately right in a spot that’s going to get a lot of friction as it’s worn which means it will only get more damaged over time.

Call me Cinderella I guess, but I’m looking for the perfect S-tier packer for me, and this aint it.

Welcome to part 9 of my tierlist reviews of my packer collection. 

Apologies for the delay in posts recently. I just started Grad School so my schedule’s been a bit hectic.

Today we will be focusing on the CalExotics Packer Gear 5” Silicone Packing Penis.

I got this packer quite a while ago, but haven’t been able to use it until quite recently. I’ll elaborate more on why later in this review.

For the sake of photos, I took a picture of it in the jock harness on top of a pair of briefs. Sorry, no free cooter photos. When I actually packed I wore it underneath my boxers but without the briefs underneath the jock.

Packing Method

For this review I packed it in a Jockmail “g-string jock harness”, which I had to order special just to make this review.

Packing Performance: 10/30

This thing… oof. It’s HARD. Not dildo-hard, but it definitely feels like you’re bricked up. The bulge looked odd no matter how I put it in my pants until I got it in just the right spot to look… okay. I even tried packing it to the side, but you could see the literal outline of the shaft and head THROUGH MY PANTS. It legitimately looked like I was packing a damn firehose in my shorts. There is no way to pack it up as the shaft is molded naturally to point downwards. 

Even with a harness, it liked to ride up so I would have to readjust any time I got up and down from sitting, or was walking around.

It passes the grab test… if you want someone to think you’re hard all day, everyday. I also could not for the life of me get this to cooperate with ANY of my packing harnesses or underwear. The balls are just disproportionately small for the length of the shaft, so no matter how I tried packing it, it just didn't work. Maybe it’s just a skill issue, I dunno. I just don’t seem to remember my 4” CalExotics TPR packer that I had in highschool giving me this many issues, and I didn’t even have a proper harness or packing underwear back then. 

Wearability and Comfort: 12/25

It wasn’t unwearable I guess? It wasn’t exactly comfortable either. 

It’s weirdly heavy for its size, probably because it’s so damn dense. It was okay to wear while walking, standing, and sitting, but that’s really all it has going for it. It was a pain in the ass to get situated in a way that wasn’t uncomfortable or stupid looking. I finally got it to sit alright, but that was by tucking the shaft down between my legs until it felt like it was almost inside me. Over the course of the day the silicone got tacky again so it caused some chafing until i added more powder. Not the most comfortable thing ever.

Realism: 6.5/20

It looks like a penis. A penis with weirdly small balls and a gardenhose of a shaft, but it’s definitely a penis. The texture is dense and a bit tacky so it needs powdering, and quite hard. It comes in three colors: light beige, beige, and dark beige. I got beige. It’s kinda yellow.

Overall Quality: 15/15

Quality-wise, this thing gets a perfect score. It’s platinum silicone, it hasn’t left any weird greasy stains on my underwear, it’s pretty damn durable (I was flopping it very aggressively at my partner and swinging it around like nunchuks, and it has no damage), and it can be boiled for sterilization.

Value Relative to Price: 3/5

It’s cheap. For a $20 packer, I was hoping for just a little bit more of a usable packer, but I’m not docking too many points off for that in terms of value. 

Other Details to Note: 3.5/5

It was bought off Amazon (I know), and got here two days later. So typical 2.5.

Customer service wasn’t needed (because it was Amazon) so no extra points there.

EXTRA CREDIT: 1 point

I’m sad to say I am actually a little disappointed by this packer. Like I mentioned earlier, my first packer was a CalExotics TPR packer, and I loved that thing. It was very soft (being TPR and all) and I remember it packing very easily even just in tight underwear. I didn’t have a harness at all back then, but wore it on the regular.

This packer is NOT the same. Sure, it’s almost the same exact mold (just molded so the shaft faces down rather than out which, I gotta say kudos for that thought), but the silicone they use is HARD. I’m almost certain it would be a 00-30 on the shore hardness scale, which is about the firmness of a rolled-up gel shoe insole.

It got two extra points, one for being dishwasher safe, and another for being apparently washing machine safe. I accidentally threw the jock and packer in my hamper and it all went through the wash. It came out smelling very nice like my detergent, and nothing else to note. Lol

Total Score: 49/100

Tier: F+

Final Thoughts

I’m actually surprised and a little sad to say this didn’t even make it to the D-tier. Between it being so damn hard and difficult to get it to pack, I would not say this is an effective packer. I do wonder if it would score better with the smaller 4” size (which i do wanna say is what I originally ordered, but Amazon sent me the wrong one and I didn’t want to deal with their AI chatbot bullshit just for 1 less inch), but this one is Not It.

Unfortunately, this is not one I would recommend to anyone. I see it touted often as being a good beginner packer, but I would argue that for just $18 more you can get the Axolom Uno which is must better suited for a beginner, and isn’t so damn unwieldy.

Welcome to part 8 of my tierlist reviews of my packer collection. 

Today we will be focusing on the Axolom Boldix packer in C2.

I got this packer a few months ago, but I admittedly got a little bit intimidated by the size of the balls and didn’t actually try packing with it until making this review. Without giving spoilers, I was very surprised by it.

Packing Method

For this review I packed it in a pair of Truhk STP packing boxer briefs, not because it’s an STP, but because the balls on this thing are fucken HUGE and it was the only pair of packing underwear I had that could fit them in it lol.

 3.1 inches in width (at widest points)
 2.5 inches at its thickest point.

Packing Performance: 24/30

This thing really surprised me in just how well it packed. I was expecting it to have a bigass bulge that wouldn’t sit realistically at all, but it actually, surprisingly packs well and looks pretty natural. It works well in my tighter shorts, but it unfortunately lost a few points because when it does happen to shift or if I’m sitting and my pants ride up a little bit, it can look like I’m serving straight up mooseknuckle lol

It also surprised me how well it passed the grab test. I had my (cis) partner grab it through my pants, and he remarked how similar it feels to his own.

It unfortunately loses some points in the fact that it isn’t compatible with very many of my harnesses and packing underwear- partly due to how large it is, but also because of how large the tab is. The tab of course can be trimmed down or off, but I suffer from the inability to make permanent decisions like actually using my pretty stickers, let alone cutting off a large portion of a packer that I like a lot lol.

Wearability and Comfort: 16.5/25

This thing is VERY comfy, which again came as a huge surprise to me. It’s soft and squishy if a little bit heavy, and the proportions are actually pretty good. I do wish the balls were just a tiny bit smaller because the sack is quite WIDE, and kinda rubbed my thighs which made running uncomfortable.

The sack also, due to it being very large and gel-filled, made me feel like that gif of the hamster with bigass balls running on his little wheel when I tried to run. It was SWINGING.

Walking, standing, sitting, and sleeping were all very very comfortable though!

Realism: 12.5/20

When it comes to realism, this thing is pretty average. It’s not hyperrealistic but it’s decently real looking. It has nice texture. It’s dual-density so it feels quite real when squeezing it (especially with the floating balls), the coloring is good and integrated into the silicone itself, but it overall doesn’t blow me away in terms of how real it looks.

It’s great, don’t get me wrong! 

Overall Quality: 12/15

Quality of course is on par with the Uno. The silicone is good quality, but it seeps out oil and stains my underwear. The jury is still out on whether or not dawn dish soap will get the oil stains out of my underwear, but I’ll report back on that later. The staining and greasiness just is really unfortunate because otherwise this is a great packer.

Durability seems to be decent, but I feel like I have to be pretty gentle with it to avoid tearing or bursting the outer layers of silicone. 

Cleaning wise, it scores a perfect 5. It can be washed, boiled, and sterilized no problem.

Value Relative to Price: 5/5

For a $45 packer, this thing is FANTASTIC. If the Uno doesn’t give someone enough of a bulge for their liking, I think the Boldix is a great option for just a few dollars more. 

Other Details to Note: 3.5/5

Like I said with Uno, the shipping is nothing special. It again took about two weeks from purchase to receive the package, but it was by no means too lengthy of a wait especially considering it comes out of China.

Customer service as usual is always great. They answered my questions quickly and were very helpful.

EXTRA CREDIT: 3 points

This packer really and truly exceeded my expectations. Like I said before, I was apprehensive to try actually packing with it once I got it because it’s BIG, but WOW is it comfy and actually good for packing. It also survived a trip through my dishwasher perfectly fine, so another extra point for being easy to clean.

Final Thoughts

Our first and well-deserved B! Honestly this thing really really surprised me with how comfortable and functional of a packer this is. The appearance of it is a bit silly, but I love having a packer with a smaller shaft and realistic-feeling balls. If I could have a packer with the Boldix shaft and either Argos’ or Echo’s balls and movable skin (and no seeping oil or getting greasy), I think it would be an S-tier for me personally.

Welcome to part 7 of my tierlist reviews of my packer collection. 

Today we will be focusing on the Reelmagik Basic Packer: 4.5" Cut Model in P1 Light Beige.

I originally got this in the Defects section for $40 about 6 years ago, but I will be rating this based on its original price (the reason for it being “defective” was purely cosmetic and negligible. All damage it has that I pictured here are from normal wear and tear)

Packing Method

For this review I packed it in a MyPack packing pouch, but I have also packed it in normal underwear, as well as side and top loading packing underwear.

Measurements

 5 inches  in length (from longest points), 
 2.5inches in width (at widest points)
 2.75 inches at its thickest point.

My proportions

I am a 5’3” 150lb guy, so my reviews will be based on how well my packers work with my proportions.

Packing Performance: 23/30

I will say that this moves pretty naturally under most clothing, but it can look a bit stiff and large if worn in tight pants like I did. The bulge looks much better when I wear it in my ever so slightly looser pants, and looks especially good when I also have my wallet and phone in my pockets (it makes the bulge less “pronounced” but still there). 

The silicone is incredibly soft and does pass the grab test, however the balls are QUITE dense so it can come off like a semi if grabbed too hard. 

When I wear this in top or side loading packing boxers it usually stays put and compresses the bulge down a bit more. For this review I tried using the MyPack which works, but I found that it likes to wander a bit and the bulge is definitely a bit more noticeable. Just something to note.

Wearability and Comfort: 17/25

While this is very, very soft and squishy, it is quite heavy and a tad bit too bulky for my liking. The size is maybe a bit too big for me, but that’s my own damn fault for getting the 4.5” instead of a smaller one. I personally prefer smaller bulges, but this one isn’t like I’m packing huge schmeat and bricked up. It’s definitely a more noticeable bulge, but still looks pretty natural (especially when my pockets have stuff in them).

Also scores across the board with comfort when walking, running, sitting, and standing, though is too bulky to comfortably sleep for stomach sleepers like me unforch.

Realism: 11/20

The sculpt on this is really incredible, honestly. I actually don’t know if it’s hand-sculpted or a lifecast. The texturing on the skin- especially on the head- is fantastic. It has ever so subtle veins, it has wrinkles, it’s great.

The actual texture of the packer skin is pretty good as well. When it’s clean and powdered, the texture is very soft and delicate like real skin. It doesn’t score a perfect 5 because it doesn’t have the same movement and density of a real penis, but it’s definitely up there. It lost some points because of how sticky it gets making powdering a requirement.

The coloring on this is adequate. The light beige surprisingly matches my skin tone pretty decently and they offer more skin tones than most other basic packers have, but it doesn’t have integrated or additional color variation. 

Overall Quality: 13/15

The fact that this is made from 100% platinum silicone and doesn’t secrete any oil that I’ve noticed earns this a perfect 5 on materials. When it comes to durability though, it does lose a few points. I used to wear this almost daily just for my office job, but over time I’ve noticed it’s obtained some tears and scrapes from gentle wear. This is because of how soft and delicate the silicone is, so you’re sacrificing durability for comfort in that area. 

Cleaning wise, it again scores a perfect 5. It can be washed, boiled, and sterilized no problem.

Value Relative to Price: 3/5

So here’s where I feel like I’m being a little bit judgy, but I think my opinion is fair. Like I said at the beginning of this review, I was able to get mine for $40 due to a “defect” (which was literally just a small scratch on one of the balls), which to me feels like a more than fair price. However with the regular price running at $70 not including shipping, I do feel that the price is a little bit steep. It’s a great quality packer for a beginner or for someone looking for a bit more realism, but the price isn’t exactly beginner-friendly in my opinion.

I unfortunately can’t speak for what their shipping times are like now (I ordered this like. Literally 6 years ago), but at least at the time, the shipping speed was pretty great. I ordered it around christmas time which is notoriously the busiest and most impacted time of the year to ship things, but I still got it within a week and a half of ordering. 

Customer service was also pretty great when I sent an email asking about the total length of the packer itself, not just of the shaft. They got back to me within that same week prior to shipping it.

EXTRA CREDIT: 1.5 points

This packer unfortunately doesn’t earn any extra points for exceeding expectations; it definitely met them, nothing more or less really. It does get an extra half point for Reelmagik being LGBT+ owned, and gets an additional point for this packer being dishwasher safe.

Total Score: 73.5/100, rounded to 74

Tier: C+

Final Thoughts

It’s just kissing a B, but I feel that it just doesn’t quite meet the threshold for a B-tier packer. It’s a pretty good packer, but it lacks in some areas unfortunately that doesn’t quite get it over the line.

If it were just a little bit cheaper- like $60- I think that would bring it to B-tier.

Welcome to part 6 of my tierlist reviews of my packer collection. 

This one is a bit of a shameless plug- I’m reviewing my DIY “Jellybean” prototype packer. I made this back in february- honestly just to see if I could, and then began making them on a larger scale for folks for free through a program I run at my work. I do not currently sell them.

Since making the tier list and rubric, I couldn’t help but wonder how my Jellybean would stack up against others.

Packing Method

I packed this in a pair of side-loading rodeoh packing boxer briefs.

Measurements

5.5inches  in length (from longest points), 
3.5 inches in width (at widest points)
2 inches at its thickest point.

Packing Performance: 22/30

It moves naturally under clothing, gives a decent body-proportional bulge (if a bit discreet like the Uno), and also passes the grab test decently well. A cis-male coworker of mine described the firmness as if someone’s “rocking a semi,” lol. 

It also earns an extra point over the Uno for the fact that, due to the weight, it can be comfortably packed in underwear, top and side loading packing undies, and can also be comfortably packed in a packing pouch.

Wearability and Comfort: 22/25

It’s a good weight, very soft and squishy, is a decent size, conforms super well to my body, and scores across the board in terms of comfort for walking, running, sitting, standing, and sleeping. It still loses points for breathability- once again, due to the nature of silicone just not being breathable.

Realism: 3/20

Where the Uno got a bunch of points for realism, the Jellybean fails. It’s vaguely penis-shaped with no detailing, kinda has the texture of skin but not really (silicone is just like that), gets tacky if not powdered, and is not at all the color of skin (due to it being purple and all).

Overall Quality: 9.5/15

It’s made out of 100% platinum-cured silicone, doesn’t secrete oils (which I am proud of), and doesn’t require a barrier layer to be worn safely. Unfortunately it does need regular powdering to not be tacky, and it suffers from one fatal flaw: Because I was unable to offgas the silicone in a vacuum-chamber prior to casting, the back of the packer has air bubbles that are exposed over time (due to normal wear and tear) creating tiny, tiny pockets that are impossible to fully clean and sterilize. You can actually see some of them in the photo of the back of the packer.

Because of that, it loses points for durability and for cleaning.

I have since obtained a vacuum chamber after making this prototype, so future Jellybeans will not have this issue.

Value Relative to Price: 2/5

I’m rating this more on its value relative to the effort I put into making it, and less so on the price. The materials alone bring the cost of making one packer to $15, but I spent literally two weeks of trial and error just to get this first usable packer lol. That being said, I believe my future packers will score much higher here as I refine my mold and casting process.

Other Details to Note: 2/5

Once again, ranking this more on effort and time spent making this than I am on shipping or customer service. It took me two weeks to get from the idea of making a packer to the first finished product, so I do feel it earns a 1.

Customer service was not needed due to me being the one making it, so it earns the default 1 point (although I did have to fight Blick after my first shipment of silicone got damaged in transit which made it unusable)

EXTRA CREDIT: 4 points

The prototype definitely exceeded my expectations considering it was the very first one I successfully casted yet also works so well, so it gets a 1. It’s also been good for swimming, does excellent in the dishwasher, and it was made by a trans person (me), so +3 there too.

Total Score: 64.5/100, rounded to 65

Tier: C-

Final Thoughts

It barely made it to the C threshold, and I feel the only reason it did is largely due to how damn comfortable it is and how well it functions as a usable packer. 

I would really love to see how someone else would score it based on this rubric though, as I know I’m not immune to bias (being the maker of this one and all).

Welcome to part 5 of my tierlist reviews of my packer collection. 

Today I am reviewing my Axolom Uno in C2

I know yesterday I said I’d be doing the Jellybean today but fuckit, we’re doing the Uno instead.

Also as I mentioned yesterday, I switched to wearing this one instead of the PPP foam packer after about an hour into my day (which is why it’s in the same undies. I promise I’m not nasty)

I packed this in a pair of tight-fitting mesh boxer briefs.

Measurements

4 inches in length (from longest points), 
2.7 inches in width (at widest points)
1.8 inches at its thickest point.

Packing Performance: 19/30

The bulge is a bit small and discreet, but looks great in my opinion. It also surprisingly passes the grab test- albeit very small, and maybe not if someone were to totally “feel it up”. But a passing grab or bump against it feels no different than a natal penis imo. Because it wouldn’t really pass a full-on “grab” though, I docked some points.

I also found it compatible with both side and top loading packing underwear, and packed comfortably in normal undies. I also am a fan of the outline it gives in underwear, personally.

Wearability and Comfort: 20/25

It’s lightweight. It’s insanely soft and squishy, contoured, and conforms to your body. The size is great- maybe a bit small, but perfectly comfortable and doesn’t look insane. It does suffer from “caving in” if you push on it though due to it being a bit thin and concave, so it lost some points in that regard.

It loses some points in the fact that it unfortunately isn’t very breathable because it’s silicone, but it earns points back in its comfort when walking, running, sitting, standing, and sleeping.

Realism: 9.5/20

The sculpt is great for what it is; it looks like a penis and is pretty realistic, but loses points in the fact that it’s completely fused and has no movement, nor movable testicles. The texture is pretty good as well, but feels a little tacky and honestly a little greasy at times unfortunately. The coloring is GREAT for what it is too; it matches my skin tone well, has integrated basic coloring, and comes in a good variety of other skin tones as well. 

Once again, shoutout to the imprint it gives in tight undies!

Overall Quality: 13/15

While the materials are pretty high quality and are body-safe, sterilizable, and seems to be pretty durable, I had to deduct points for the fact that it perpetually seeps out oil and stained my favorite pair of underwear unfortunately. The oiliness is bad enough that it does sometimes feel greasy which I’m not huge on.

Value Relative to Price: 5/5

At its price point ($38), I would say it’s a pretty damn fantastic prosthetic. It is absolutely worth its price.

Other Details to Note: 2.5/5

Shipping speed is nothing to write home about. It took about two weeks in between purchase to receipt of the package, so it scores a zero. Lengthy wait, but not unacceptable considering it comes from China.

Customer service scores a perfect 2.5 due to the fact that Axolom answered all the questions I had within a day of me emailing them, and provided me with a tracking number as soon as it was shipped out.

EXTRA CREDIT: 3 points

I’m pretty impressed with this and was pleasantly surprised by it in some regards, but it wasn’t mindblowing really. It earns an extra few points for the fact that it can certainly be used for swimming, and has done well when I’ve put it through my dishwasher.

Total Score: 72/100

Tier: C+

Final Thoughts

It’s a good packer for the price. I do like it a lot, and wear it on days when I want something but don’t feel like dealing with the full packing experience, y’know? I’d say it’s a good option for smaller-bodied folks, maybe not for those with larger bodies. Unfortunately due to how compact it is, it might not look like much of anything for folks who are heavier.

Today I am reviewing my PPProsthetics Budget Foam Packer.

Oh boy, here we go. I got this packer about a year ago now, which I purchased on PPProsthetics’ Etsy shop for $25. I have used it a total of two (2) times, including for this review.

I am a 5’3” 150lb guy, so my reviews will be based on how well my packers work with my proportions.

I packed with this one in a pair of tight-fitting mesh boxer briefs.

4.5 inches in width (at widest points)
2.5in at its thickest point.

Packing Performance: 1/30

Where do I even start?

It sits in my pants- any pants- like a brick. It looks like a brick. The bulge looks like a brick. It feels like a brick. 

It does not pass the grab test.

It doesn’t fit in ANY of my packing underwear or straps. It gets a point for going in my regular underwear.

Lord jesus.

Wearability and Comfort: 9/25

It’s lightweight, has a little bit of give, and is breathable- because it’s foam. That’s really about all it has going for it. 

It’s only “comfortable” to wear as long as you’re standing still. If you sit, walk, god forbid run, or even try laying down, it’s going to chafe and rub everything raw. 

Realism: 1/20

It has a light skin tone, I guess.

The sculpt is awful. If you look at the pictures, you can see it’s fused for the most part, but is literally ripping in some parts. The back of it is a hackjob. It looks like a penis sure, but the sculpt is awful. It’s bad. 

Overall Quality: 4/15

It’s apparently made of foam that’s used in other medical prosthetics, so it gets a 3 for materials. Aside from that, it’s impossible to clean or sterilize. It’s open-cell PU foam so it’s inevitable that it’ll grow bacteria over time. 

It ripped just from me unpacking it from the box, and the foam flakes. 

Value Relative to Price: 1/5

This thing was $25 with free shipping when I got it. By virtue of it being cheap, it gets one point. That’s as far as it goes. Thing this genuinely feels like a waste of money.

Other Details to Note: 2.5/5

SO. Here’s some things to know.

When I bought it, the seller messaged me immediately to let me know that there would be a pretty long delay due to them running out of the supplies needed to make the foam packers. They offered me a more expensive silicone packer at no cost, which would usually sell for around $200. I declined and opted to wait since I really just wanted a foam packer. So on the customer service front, they do get my kudos because they were very quick to answer my questions and to message me updates on my order.

Once it was made, it shipped and arrived within a week which is pretty good.

I do however want it to be known that PPP was upset with my honest review about the quality of this packer when I initially made it last year, and asked me to change it to be more favorable. They DID offer me a replacement silicone packer once again, but I declined because I didn’t want to deal with them anymore. I ended up changing my etsy review to a 3 star instead of a 1 because I did admittedly feel bad for being so harsh, but bruh.

This thing genuinely isn’t wearable.

EXTRA CREDIT: -2 points

I am really, really disappointed with the quality of this packer. That’s it.

Final Thoughts

I couldn’t give this a full 24 hour run. I tried to do it to be fair during the testing of it, I really did. But it’s so incredibly uncomfortable and unwieldy and unnatural-looking, I genuinely couldn’t even sit comfortably without it digging into my waist and chafing my crotch raw. There was no way in hell I was going out in public wearing that thing. I wore it for an hour before switching to the Axolom Uno (not the next review, but the one after)

I would not recommend this as a packer. I wouldn’t even give this away to someone who needs a packer; it’s better to just use a sock and save your money to put towards a decent budget-friendly packer than it is to use this.

I’m sorry PPP.

To PPP’s credit, it doesn’t look like this packer is even offered anymore.

Welcome to part 3 of my tierlist reviews of my packer collection. 

Today I am reviewing my Reelmagik Imprint “Large Cut” in Light.

Measurements: 6.5in in length (from longest points), 3.5 inches in width (at widest points)

This thing was also so thick that I had to include an approximate measurement of its thickness, which is just about 2.5in at its thickest point.

I am a 5’3” 150lb guy, so my reviews will be based on how well my packers work with my proportions.

Note that a few sections here will be copy+pasted from my last imprint review, as some sections will remain exactly the same for exactly the same reasons.

This foam packer can be snagged during limited-release drops for the modest price of $20. I do want to note however that I snagged both of mine (I got both the medium and large) as prototype models for $6 each at the philadelphia trans conference about 3 years ago, which was a STEAL imo. I will be grading this based on the current price rather than what I got mine for.

Packing Performance: 10/30

This one lost a few points from the medium imprint for several reasons:

While it sat well in my pants and didn’t migrate much even without an extra layer of protection keeping it in place like a pair of top-loading packing underwear would have, it looked fucking CRAZY in my tight-fitting shorts. When I showed my partner the side-view, he said “do you have two packers on or something?” I’m not sure if the photos here are really showing just how LARGE this thing is on me, but it looked like I was packing a big ole schlong AND was rock hard. I did not dock it a ton of points though; I really feel like this packer would be better suited for someone with a larger body type than me, and I think it would be unfair for me to dock it too much.

In looser-fitting sweats however, I will say it looked much more natural and gave a bit more of an outline in them than the medium did.

Most notable is it does NOT pass the grab test. While it has some give, it is still quite firm and solid- solid enough that I wouldn’t even say it would even pass as a boner. 

It also lost a couple points for the fact that I could not for the life of me get it to fit inside my side-loading packing underwear. I don’t know if it was just too big and firm or what, but it would NOT get in there without me fearing I was ruining my rodeohs. 

Wearability and Comfort: 16.5/25

Like I said when it came to the appearance of the bulge, this thing is BIG. Unfortunately, due to both its size and its firmness, I did not find it nearly as comfortable as the medium. It also gave me chafing while the medium didn’t, and honestly it felt like I was walking around with a brick in my pants when I wore them with my everyday shorts.

It’s super breathable because it’s made of foam, and got some points over the bulge enhancer due to the fact that it doesn’t collapse.

It was also interesting that they gave a little hollowed out spot to accommodate bottom growth. For me this was a non-issue, but cool that they took this into account.

Unfortunately, it also lost points because, while it was alright while standing, sitting, and doing some normal walking, the chafing from the balls was bad enough that I didn’t want to even try running. This thing was also IMPOSSIBLE to sleep in; I deadass felt like I was laying on top of a damn brick, and took it off after about 20 minutes of going to bed.

Realism: 3/20

Like the bulge enhancer and the medium imprint, this is the section where it really bombed. 

It got one extra point over the medium because it has balls, giving it a leg up in terms of realism because it looks much more like a penis. Like the medium, it also has a small array of skin tones as well.

Overall Quality: 13/15

The quality is pretty damn good. The foam is good quality, I’ve had this packer for several years and it hasn’t gotten damaged at all, and it’s pretty damn comfy.  

That being said, it cannot be fully sterilized by boiling, so it lost some points on that area.

Value Relative to Price: 5/5

So, this particular model runs at $20, not including shipping. I would absolutely recommend this as a great starter, discreet, budget-friendly packer for someone with a larger body type. I would say even with my experiences, it’s still worth its price tag.

Here’s where I want to make some notes. 

Reelmagik’s customer service has always been pretty damn good at responding to messages in my experience. When they first announced the Imprint, I was chomping at the bit to get my hands on one. I probably messaged and emailed them once a month asking when the next restock would be, and they always responded in kind within acceptable times. When I met them at the Philadelphia Trans Wellness Conference in 2023, they even remembered who I was when I mentioned how excited I was to finally get one (“Oh yeah, I remember seeing your messages all the time on instagram. Glad you can finally get one” … lol) 

THIS BEING SAID… While I was finally able to get my hands on one, the fact that these imprints are only made in limited drops and in very small quantities makes it quite limiting for folks who want one. For that alone, it earned 1 point instead of the full 2.5 for speed.

EXTRA CREDIT: +1.5 points

Once again with value in mind, it earns an extra point for it meeting my expectations, but also for being a bit innovative in its execution. It also earns an extra half point for it being an lgbt owned business.

Total Score: 52.5/100, rounded to 53

Tier: D

Final Thoughts

I feel bad ranking it barely any higher than the foam bulge enhancer, but the fact that it’s not compatible with certain types of packing underwear, was not proportional for my body type, didn’t look right in my everyday shorts, and was pretty uncomfortable for certain activities really dinged it down below the medium for me.

Once again, ranking at a solid D does not mean it’s a bad packer, I think this packer just was not right for me and my proportions. I would absolutely recommend this as a first packer for larger bodied folks looking for a discreet, budget friendly option who values comfort over realism.

Reelmagik Imprint Medium Cut

Welcome to part 2 of my tierlist reviews of my packer collection. 

Today I am reviewing my Reelmagik Imprint “Medium Cut” in Light.

Measurements: 6in in length (from longest points), 3.5 inches in width (at widest points)

I am a 5’3” 150lb guy, so my reviews will be based on how well my packers work with my proportions.

This foam packer can be snagged during limited-release drops for the modest price of $16. I do want to note however that I snagged both of mine (I got both the medium and large) as prototype models for $6 each at the philadelphia trans conference about 3 years ago, which was a STEAL imo. I will be grading this based on the current price rather than what I got mine for.

Like the foam “bulge enhancer”, I packed with it for 24 hours using another pair of top-loading packing boxer briefs that I made myself.

Packing Performance: 12.5/30

Much like the foam “bulge enhancer”, it sat well in my pants and looked alright once I had my shorts on, and it did alright in underwear and sweatpants- not perfect, but better than the bulge enhancer. It does however get an extra point in the fact that it does NOT collapse on itself when pushed, and holds its shape quite well.

Most notable is it does NOT pass the grab test. While it has some give, it is still quite firm and solid- solid enough that I wouldn’t even say it would pass as a boner. 

Copying and pasting from the bulge enhancer because this is exactly the same: It is however pretty compatible with a variety of packing underwear types; it sits comfortably in tight-fitting boxer briefs, and both top and side-loading packing underwear. I would not recommend using it in a MyPack or similar packing pouch; I tried, and it likes to migrate and look like a weird lump if you do that.

Overall, the score for this section is an 12.5/30. 

Wearability and Comfort: 22.5/25

I gotta say, this thing was quite comfortable. I wore it all day long; I drove two hours, I walked around quite a bit, it was 100 degrees out, and not once that I remember did I need to adjust or even really notice it.

It’s super breathable because it’s made of foam, and got some points over the bulge enhancer due to the fact that it doesn’t collapse. Love the fact that even in 100 degree heat where I was walking around quite a bit, I didn’t sweat or notice any moisture building up at all. Very comfy for use in the summer I think.

Realism: 2/20

Like the bulge enhancer, this is the section where it really bombed. 

It gets one point for the fact that the penis imprint on the front looks alright in thin underwear or sweats, and another for the fact that it’s kinda skin toned (and comes in other skin tones), but that’s really all it has going for it in terms of realism.

Overall Quality: 13/15

The quality is pretty damn good. The foam is good quality, I’ve had this packer for several years and it hasn’t gotten damaged at all, and it’s pretty damn comfy.  

That being said, it cannot be fully sterilized by boiling, so it lost some points on that area.

Value Relative to Price: 5/5

So, this particular model runs about $16, not including shipping. I would absolutely recommend this as a great starter packer for someone who’s on a budget and also wants something more discreet, but a bit more realistic and affirming than just a foam bulge enhancer that likes to collapse on itself. The fact that it’s so comfortable, discreet, and easy to wear makes it worth its price tag.

Here’s where I want to make some notes. 

Reelmagik’s customer service has always been pretty damn good at responding to messages in my experience. When they first announced the Imprint, I was chomping at the bit to get my hands on one. I probably messaged and emailed them once a month asking when the next restock would be, and they always responded in kind within acceptable times. When I met them at the Philadelphia Trans Wellness Conference in 2023, they even remembered who I was when I mentioned how excited I was to finally get one (“Oh yeah, I remember seeing your messages all the time on instagram. Glad you can finally get one” … lol) 

THIS BEING SAID… While I was finally able to get my hands on one, the fact that these imprints are only made in limited drops and in very small quantities makes it quite limiting for folks who want one. For that alone, it earned 1 point instead of the full 2.5 for speed.

EXTRA CREDIT: +1.5 points

Once again with value in mind, it earns an extra point for it meeting my expectations, but also for being a bit innovative in its execution. It also earns an extra half point for it being an lgbt owned business.

Total Score: 60/100

Tier: D+

Final thoughts

It definitely earns a spot higher than the foam bulge enhancer due to the fact that it just functions better as a packer. However, it really lost points in its lack of realism and its inability to pass the grab test. 

That does not mean it’s a bad packer; quite the opposite actually. Once again, I would absolutely recommend this as a first packer for someone looking for a discreet, budget friendly option who values comfort over realism.

Foam Bulge Enhancer

Alright, welcome to part 1 of my tierlist reviews of my packer collection. 

Today I am reviewing a foam “bulge enhancer” which was purchased off Amazon a few years ago.

I am a 5’3” 150lb guy, so my reviews will be based on how well my packers work with my proportions.

This “bulge enhancer” is a white foam concave cup that I got in a pack of 5 for about $7, making each cup about $1.40 USD. A steal if you ask me.

I packed with it for 24 hours using a pair of top-loading packing boxer briefs that I made myself.

Packing Performance: 11/30

Overall, this was nothing to write home about. It sat well in my pants and looked alright once I had my shorts on, but it did not look natural at all in just underwear or sweatpants. I also noticed that, due to it being super concave and thin, it compressed down quite a bit because my shorts are a bit tight.

Wearability and Comfort: 17/25

I’ve gotta say, this thing was pretty decent in terms of comfort. It’s so lightweight that you don’t even notice it’s there really. That being said, because it’s so light, thin, and concave, it collapses on itself if you push too hard on it. I tested this by poking at it through my pants (kinda hard, admittedly), and it flipped inside out. Luckily it was easy to fix (I just had to push down on the sides to make it pop back into shape), but still.

It’s super breathable because it’s made of thin foam, and didn’t cause any chafing at all (which is why I gave it a 2 instead of a 1 or 3; it has a lot of give and is very soft against the skin, but likes to flatten).

It got a perfect score across the board when it came to daily activities like walking, running, sitting, standing, and even sleeping. It was very comfy and stayed in place in its little pocket and didn’t move really at all.

Realism: 1/20

This is the section where it really bombed. 

I had to give it one point for the sole fact that there’s a slight penis-shaped relief in the front of it which can give a faint outline in thin, tight underwear, but that’s as far as the realism goes. 

Overall Quality: 12/15

I gotta say, the quality surprised me considering how cheap it is. It’s polyurethane foam which I’d normally deduct points for, but the fact that it’s able to be washed thoroughly earned back that point. Durability is hard to fully gauge, but I’ve had this packer for over a year and other than it becoming a bit discolored on the edges over time, it hasn’t gotten any tears or damage even after going through the washing machine and dryer multiple times. 

That being said, it cannot be fully sterilized by boiling, so it lost some points on that area.

Value Relative to Price: 5/5

For a packer that’s $1.40, it definitely meets its value. More on this later in the extra credit section.

Other Details to Note: 2.5/5

Given that I got this off Amazon, shipping of course was way faster than I’d expect from other vendors like Aliexpress or Rodeoh. 

Also considering the fact that this was purchased from Amazon, it doesn’t earn any points in the customer service department. No notes, no points.

EXTRA CREDIT: +3 points

Going back to its value, I would definitely say this thing exceeded expectations. It’s not groundbreaking so I’m not giving it more than one extra point. It does however get another 2 extra points for the fact that it can go through the washer and dryer, AND is pretty good for swimming.

Total Score: 51.5/100, rounding up to 52 points.

Tier: D-

Final thoughts: Yes, even though this thing exceeded my expectations, it just does not really impress me when it comes to being an actual, functional packer. I could definitely recommend it to someone who may just be starting out packing who’s ballin on a budget AND needs something discreet, but that’s as far as it goes. 

So as you can see, I have a pretty decently-sized packer collection (this doesn’t include my STPs). I was thinking of making a tierlist based on different criteria that I see folks commonly talk about here. I’ll be starting my reviews tomorrow, starting with my less realistic packers and going up to my more realistic ones. I’ll give each packer a full day+night (including sleep)  in order to give each one an equal opportunity to get an accurate, full review.

I’m planning on rating things on a weighted rubric as you can see in the photos, or as listed below:

Realism, 30% of score: sculpt appearance, texture, coloring

Wearability, 25% of score: weight/bulk, softness/ flexibility, breathability/how sweaty it gets, and overall comfort when sitting, standing, walking, running, and sleeping 

Packing performance, 20%: how natural the bulge looks in underwear, sweatpants, and tighter pants, compatibility with different types of packing underwear/harnesses, if it stays in place or needs constant adjustment, if it moves naturally under clothing, and if it passes the often-referenced “grab test”

Overall quality, 15%: materials used for it, durability, how easy it is to clean/sterilizability

Value relative to price, 5%: compares the price of the packer vs how well it actually performs and lives up to its cost

Other notable details, 5%: Takes into account turnaround time and shipping speed relative to the product specifications, and how responsive customer service is.

I’ll provide images of my grading rubric for each packer, and will give a more detailed review in the body of each post.

These reviews will only be for regular packers, not STPs or pack-n-plays. I will make a different rubric once it comes time to review my STPs.

Editing again to make some updates to the rubric:

I actually think I’m going to switch the scoring for packing performance with realism, and make the grab test worth 15 points by itself.

Packing performance will now be worth 30%, while realism will be worth 20%. This way, the scale focuses more on the overall comfort and function of the packer rather than just on appearances.

Long story short, I work at an lgbt center, and I just came into work today to a box on my desk containing three packers.

One I’ve already ID’d (the green one in the background of one of the photos is a TPR packer by fleshlight, lol)

These two though, I have no idea what or where they came from. They look like lifecasts and seem to be made of decent silicone. They are both very dense and a bit heavy. Neither have any branding marks that I can find. They don’t have testicles inside, so the balls are just solid silicone.
