Anyone using Peptides?
I've been seeing peptides come up more and more in fitness and wellness circles lately and I'm genuinely curious about what the community thinks.
Are you currently using any peptides (BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, collagen peptides, etc.)? If so:
- What are you using and why did you start?
- How long have you been on them?
- Have you actually noticed a difference β recovery, body composition, skin, sleep, anything?
