I've been weaning down from 12mg a day for give or take about 6 months now, been on about 2mg for like 3 weeks. The place I get my subs from only does the sublingual tablets, and the smallest they can prescribe per day is 2mg, so I'm finding it challenging to take any less than like 1mg a day. Anything less than a half a mg dose I don't really feel much different, so I decided I'm going to take my last .5 mg piece tomorrow morning, then be done with it. My mom has the last few tablets I got with the weekly script, and I told her to just keep them.

Any tips from anyone who has done a similar taper timeline? Oh, and for more info, I was on 12mg a day for about 3 years before I started weaning 6 months ago.

I have some Clonidine, and some anti nausea medicine. Other than that I have nothing else, since I'm on probation I cant smoke, or do anything illegal to help get through it. Even though part of me wishes I had some ativan or something similar to help, I used to have a problem with benzos so I know it wouldn't be a good idea anyway.
