I like to look like a man, but now that I'm older I have reconsidered the possibility of having a penectomy. I would try to look the same as I do now but secretly have removed that part that sometimes I feel is left over and I have rarely used what most would use it for. Will it be very difficult to get it?

I think one of my ex-girlfriends (a surgeon) had (or has) the unusual fetish of performing a penectomy. And I think I could have been his patient, but we broke up fortunately or unfortunately.
