After being curious for a while, I finally had a chance to check out Flamingos with a friend before dinner and drinks. It was very easy to find and park. We were met at reception and had a great tour while it was quiet, and I was amazed by all the options along with the size of the place. The lighting was just right for avoiding sensory overload and navigating around, but we didn’t stay long.
I came back around 11 on my own. My friend was tired but I definitely wasn’t, and after my neurospiciness settled, I walked back in, grabbed a locker, and walked around a little. It was still pretty chill, but since I was alone I decided to go upstairs, which was chill too, and had an experience leaving me very satisfied.
Hope I can come again, just hoping I can keep the tism at bay to enjoy it even more. Hard going alone but liberating at the same time. Driving home feeling good.
