I have pills that contain 325 mg acetaminophen, 30 mg pseudoephedrine, 15 mg dextrometorphan (DXM). I only need the DXM but its not available in out country.

To use those pills would mean to take 2 unneeded meds - would that feel bad? Is there a way to extract dxm from the pills like there is a way to extract codeine from codeine-acetaminophen pills via cold water extraction
