Things I learned managing OF creators that most new creators get wrong

Been managing OnlyFans creators for a while now. Here’s what actually moves the needle:

  1. Your price is probably too low

Most new creators undercharge thinking it brings more subs. It actually signals low value. $12–15 is a sweet spot for most niches.

  1. The first 24 hours of a new sub matter most

Message every new subscriber within an hour. A simple “hey, thanks for subscribing, let me know what content you want to see” converts to PPV sales dramatically better than silence.

  1. Consistency beats quality early on

Posting 5 average pieces of content beats posting 1 perfect piece. The algorithm rewards frequency.

  1. Your Reddit and Twitter are your real traffic drivers

OF doesn’t have internal discovery. If you’re not posting on at least one external platform daily, you’re invisible.

  1. PPV is where the real money is

Subscription revenue is just the door opener. Learn to sell pay-per-view content through DMs.

Happy to answer questions — been through a lot of trial and error with this.
