No gains in 2 months. What weight should I hang after my 2 week Decon?
I’m doing a two week Decon after No gains for two months. This might’ve been from pushing my length exercises too long. I would use my Apex extender and extend it as far as it could go for almost a year now since I have been doing PE. I started last year in June.
So, which weight should I start again at? Most people say do 5 to 7 pounds for the first year where I have been doing 20 pounds. Any help would really help! I’m hoping to reset.
