
Crazy experience with Kures
I have to give Kures credit… their customer support this week was actually insane.
USPS lost my package, and instead of making me wait forever or telling me to deal with USPS, Kures immediately resent my order and even upgraded the shipping from Ground Advantage to Priority for free.
Then the replacement arrived with broken glass inside. At that point, I honestly expected them to be annoyed or say it wasn’t their fault, because technically it wasn’t. But they replaced it again for free, added extra freebies because of the delay, and upgraded the shipping again, this time to UPS Next Day Air.
All of this happened within the same week.
That kind of support is crazy fast. They didn’t make excuses, didn’t blame the carrier, and didn’t make me fight for a solution. They just handled it.
Thank you Kures for the freebies, the free shipping upgrades, and for actually treating customers like they matter.
