2:17 PM - 911 call received: Stabbing in progress, multiple victims.
2:18 PM - Dispatch: Units en route. Suspect: male, black hoodie, armed with knife.
2:22 PM - First officers arrive on scene.
2:24 PM - Two victims located: adult female deceased, child critically injured. EMS transporting child.
2:26 PM - Suspect fled scene toward parking lot. BOLO issued.
2:30 PM - Scene secured. Perimeter set.
2:35 PM - Child victim pronounced dead en route to hospital. Double homicide confirmed.
2:45 PM - Crime scene unit arrives.
2:55 PM - K-9 search ends. Suspect at large.
3:10 PM - Units clear the area. Investigation ongoing.

Ah yes, the self appointed “scanner authority” of West Michigan, Lisa Judy Sherm. The only person who somehow manages to listen to public emergency radio and still get the details wrong. Changing call times, tweaking information, then demanding everyone give you credit like you broke a major news story is honestly impressive. Scanner traffic is public. Anyone with an app and five minutes can hear the exact same thing.

If you want credibility, maybe try posting the actual information instead of rewriting it. And if you’re going to act like the gatekeeper of scanner calls, at least get them right. Otherwise it might be time to log off Facebook and get a big girl job instead of pretending listening to a police radio makes you a journalist.
