Lass- you can take her if you have played through the main story of any pokemon game on the switch

Crystal- you can take her if you've completed the regional dex on any pokemon game

Beauty (Gen 3): simple but maybe more rare, if your size overlaps with Solana you can choose to take both

Solana: if you've ever tried to nuzlocke a pokemon game you can take her

Shauntal: if you've ever read smut or fanfiction with pokemon characters you can take her

Misty: if you've owned figures of a kanto water pokemon

Zinnia: if you've ever read pokemon adventures
