I am from Russia myself, and I have done a bit of digging, but when it got to the devices, I didn't manage to find what I was looking for (high tension extender and the vacuum hanging device). All I found was the dangerous extenders that cut off the blood flow. So fellow Russians, I would humbly ask for any links to sites where newbies like me from Russia can find what they need.
