Getting some gear ready

I'm heading to Pittsburgh July 10th and 11th starting to pack up some of my football gear for that weekend along with my baseball gear under armor compression gear wrestling singlets jocks and cups. Need advice on sizing

Looking for some help in sizing. I want to purchase these two body suits but I am confused on converting to U.S. sizes..

I am 160lbs, 31 waist, 5ft-09 inches tall 38" chest /bust. I know I need to convert inches to centimeters but I wanted to get someone else's opinion before I order. I am overthinking, these Chinese sizes vs American size conversions.
